Withdrawal policy
How withdrawal requests are reviewed and completed
This policy works with the listed payment methods, identity procedures and provider terms. It is designed to return available funds to a verified client while reducing fraud and unauthorized redirection.
1. Purpose and acceptance
By requesting a withdrawal, the client asks that available funds be sent through an eligible verified method and agrees to provide information reasonably needed to review the request. A request does not override unsettled transactions, legal holds, provider rules or account-security controls.
The policy should be read before funding because return paths can depend on the original method. Processing estimates are not promises where information is incomplete or an external provider is delayed.
2. Available methods
Available methods can include Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, PayPal and a return to an eligible Visa or Mastercard used for funding. A digital-asset destination may be available only where the provider and account support it and the destination has passed required checks.
The method offered in the account is the current authority. A method shown elsewhere may be unavailable because of location, verification state, provider limits or a change in service.
3. Processing times
Supported wallet and Interac requests may complete within 24 hours after approval. Bank transfer commonly takes one to three business days, while card return can take one to five business days. Weekends, public holidays and receiving-institution processing are outside our direct control.
The review period can begin after the client supplies requested evidence. A provider’s delivery time begins after release, so the total period can include both internal review and external settlement.
4. Fees and costs
Adroite Capitorc lists supported withdrawals as free. A bank, issuer, wallet, venue or network can impose its own cost or currency-conversion rate. Any determinable platform or provider charge should be displayed before confirmation.
Do not assume that a fee requested through a message is legitimate. Support will not require a secret payment to “unlock” a withdrawal outside the confirmed account process.
5. Limits
Minimum and maximum amounts depend on method, available balance, verification level and provider rules. A high-value request may be divided or require enhanced review. Limits are shown in the account when available.
An attempt to avoid review by dividing one amount into many requests can itself require assessment. Contact support before structuring around a stated limit.
6. KYC and AML checks
The client name, destination and account information must be consistent. We may request current identity evidence, address confirmation, source-of-funds context or proof that the destination belongs to the client. Evidence must be sent through the stated secure channel.
Checks are proportionate to risk and applicable requirements. Completion of KYC at opening does not prevent a later review when information changes or activity is unusual.
7. Delay or refusal
A request may be delayed for mismatched details, unreadable documents, an unverified destination, unsettled activity, provider outage, suspected fraud, sanctions concerns, a legal order or another regulatory reason. The client is informed about correctable issues where permitted.
A refusal explains the basis to the extent law and security allow. Some details may be restricted if disclosure could interfere with monitoring or an investigation.
8. Client responsibility
The client must check bank, wallet and payment details before submission. A transfer sent to an incorrect destination can be irreversible. Contact information must be kept current so review questions can be answered.
Clients should protect credentials, review confirmation screens and reject unsolicited instructions to install remote-access software or change the destination.
9. Cancellation or amendment
A pending request may be cancellable before it is released to the provider. Once processing or settlement begins, cancellation may be impossible. A change of destination generally requires cancelling and creating a new reviewed request rather than editing a released instruction.
Contact support immediately with the reference number. A cancellation request is not effective until confirmed.
10. Support
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Include the request reference, date, amount and method, but never a password, one-time code or recovery phrase. The ordinary response target is usually under one business hour during support hours.
An unauthorized request should be identified as urgent so account protection can begin while the payment status is checked.
11. Policy updates
The policy can change when methods, providers, law or risk controls change. The current version applies from publication, subject to mandatory rights and terms already attached to a submitted request.
Material changes may be communicated through the website or confirmed account channel. Clients should review current methods and timing before each request rather than relying on an older screenshot.
A request for an extra payment, tax or “release fee” sent outside the confirmed account process may be fraud. Stop and verify it through [email protected].
