Website terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Adroite Capitorc website and its informational, marketing and account-introduction functions. Transactions, custody and execution may also be governed by a separate agreement with the applicable provider.
1. Use of the website and services
By using the website, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally capable of doing so in your jurisdiction. The website introduces platform functions, provides educational information and permits a person to request contact. Registration on this site does not itself execute a transaction, open every provider function or guarantee acceptance.
You are responsible for evaluating whether the information and any later service are appropriate for your circumstances. Additional provider terms, identity checks and eligibility rules may apply before activation or funding.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate contact and identity information and update material changes. An account or contact request may not be created for another person without documented authority. We may restrict a request that appears automated, fraudulent, duplicated or inconsistent with applicable requirements.
Protect credentials and devices used to access any activated service. You are responsible for promptly reporting suspected compromise and for reviewing notices about important account events.
3. Marketing communications
When you provide consent, we may send information about platform functions, educational material and relevant account services. Consent to marketing is separate from communications needed to answer a request, protect an account or administer an existing relationship.
You can withdraw marketing consent using the method in the message or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and does not stop communications that are legally or operationally necessary.
4. Intellectual property
The site design, original text, software interfaces, brand elements and generated graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership is transferred through access.
You may not reproduce substantial content, remove attribution, create a misleading clone, extract data at scale or use the brand to imply affiliation without written permission. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. The policy explains data categories, purposes, service providers, retention and available rights. By submitting information, you acknowledge that it must be processed to answer the request and carry out any chosen onboarding steps.
Do not send sensitive records through an ordinary email unless support has confirmed that channel and request. Keep passwords, one-time codes and recovery phrases private.
6. Links and third-party services
The website may identify transaction providers, payment services, public authorities or educational resources. A reference does not make us responsible for the independent site, its availability, terms, accuracy or security. Review the destination and its terms before providing information or transferring value.
Execution, custody and payment services can be delivered by a separate legal entity. The identity and role of that entity should be made clear before you agree to its terms.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the website to break the law, impersonate another person, submit deceptive information, interfere with infrastructure, distribute malicious code, test security without authorization, scrape protected data, send spam or infringe another party’s rights.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, manipulate tracking or lead information, overload an endpoint or use content to create a confusingly similar service. We may block or investigate activity that threatens clients, systems or legal compliance.
8. Support
Support is available at [email protected] during Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 ET, excluding public holidays. Response targets are service goals, not guaranteed completion times. Complex issues, provider dependencies and broad market events can require additional time.
Support can explain website and account processes. It does not provide personalized legal, tax or investment advice and will not promise a particular trading result.
9. No warranties
The website and information are provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep material clear and current but do not warrant that every item is complete, error free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Market information can change quickly and third-party data can be delayed.
Illustrative calculations, historical information and analytical outputs do not guarantee future performance. Automated functions can fail or respond poorly to unusual conditions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adroite Capitorc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, external links, interrupted access or decisions made without reviewing applicable provider terms. Nothing excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability connected to a transaction or custody service is determined by the agreement with the legal entity providing that service and applicable law. You remain responsible for investment decisions and for losses caused by ordinary market movement.
11. Indemnity and other provisions
You agree to be responsible for loss caused by your unlawful use, deliberate interference, impersonation or infringement of rights, subject to applicable law. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.
These terms may be updated when services, law or risk changes. The current version takes effect when published, with additional notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Canadian law governs to the extent applicable, without removing mandatory rights available in your province or territory.
