Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about accounts, analysis, risk and support

Use these answers as a starting point, then follow the linked policy when a process, cost or legal detail affects your decision.

1. General use

Who can request an account?

An adult Canadian resident can submit a request using accurate personal contact information. Activation remains subject to identity, eligibility and provider checks.

Do I need trading experience?

No professional experience is required, but you must understand that market activity can lose money. Onboarding explains functions and controls; it does not eliminate responsibility.

Can I use the platform on mobile?

The website and account views are designed for current mobile browsers. For sensitive changes, use a trusted updated device and avoid public networks.

What is the minimum starting amount?

The Basic level begins at CAD 250. That amount is capital exposed to market movement, not a subscription fee or recommended allocation.

2. Fees and results

Is profit guaranteed?

No. Market, liquidity, model, provider and operational risks can produce losses. Calculator results and past examples are illustrative only.

Where can I see fees?

The Fees and Pricing page lists core ranges and possible third-party costs. The applicable transaction cost should be shown before confirmation.

3. Platform functions

What does automated analysis do?

It processes selected price, volume, volatility and historical inputs to organize market conditions and alerts. It cannot know every event or guarantee a useful prediction.

Can I choose which functions are active?

Available settings let you select supported markets, notifications and certain automatic responses. Review each permission and keep unnecessary functions disabled.

Does the service operate continuously?

Market monitoring can continue outside Canadian business hours when data and providers are available. Maintenance, outages and connection limits can interrupt service.

4. Risks

Can trading risk be removed?

No. Position limits and automated pauses can reduce specified exposures, but prices, liquidity and provider access can still change unexpectedly.

What is volatility?

Volatility describes the size and speed of price changes. Higher volatility can increase both opportunity and the risk of rapid loss or slippage.

What should I do before funding?

Read the risk, fee, custody and withdrawal information, set a maximum affordable loss and confirm the legal entity and provider involved.

5. Security and account protection

How is my account protected?

Controls include multi-factor authentication, encrypted transport, session management, alerts, restricted connections and activity history. Client actions remain essential.

Are digital assets protected by CDIC or CIPF?

Digital assets are generally not covered. CDIC and CIPF have separate eligibility, membership and limit rules for qualifying cash deposits or securities arrangements.

What if I see an unfamiliar login?

Use a trusted device to change the password, revoke unknown sessions and contact support immediately. Never send support a one-time code.

6. Help and support

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected]. Support can help with onboarding, settings, payments, withdrawals, security and complaint routing.

How long does a withdrawal take?

After approval, supported methods range from within 24 hours to one to five business days. Verification or provider issues can add time.

How do I make a complaint?

Email support and state that you want the issue recorded as a complaint. You will receive a reference, review information and available escalation steps.

7. Learning materials

What pages should a beginner read?

Begin with Getting Started, Risk Disclosure, Security, Fees and Pricing, and Deposit and Withdrawal Methods. Crypto Basics explains digital-asset concepts.

Can support give personal investment advice?

Support explains operation, settings and process. It does not replace independent investment, legal or tax advice tailored to your circumstances.
